링고알람은 외국어 학습 알람입니다. 벨소리 대신 이용자가 배우고 싶은 언어의 문장을 들려주고, 알람을 끈 뒤에 그 문장의 뜻과 주요 단어를 보여줍니다. 계정이 없으며 회원가입이 필요하지 않습니다.
앱이 들려주는 문장과 음성은 모두 (주)오픈한이 제작하고 검수한 것입니다. 이용자가 콘텐츠를 올리거나 이용자끼리 주고받는 기능은 없습니다.
콘텐츠의 저작권은 (주)오픈한에 있으며, 개인적인 학습 목적의 이용만 허용됩니다. 무단으로 복제·배포·판매하거나 다른 서비스에 사용할 수 없습니다.
"내 문장" 기능으로 직접 입력한 문장은 기기 안에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 그 내용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
알람은 기기의 운영체제 기능에 의존합니다. 기기 전원이 꺼져 있거나, 저장 공간이 부족하거나, 운영체제가 앱을 종료하거나, 이용자가 알림·알람 권한을 껐거나, 절전 모드가 앱을 제한한 경우에는 알람이 울리지 않을 수 있습니다.
중요한 일정에는 이 앱 하나만 의존하지 마세요. 알람이 울리지 않아 발생한 손해에 대해 (주)오픈한은 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
현재 모든 기능이 무료이며 앱 내 결제와 광고가 없습니다. 유료 기능이 생기면 사전에 고지하고, 이미 제공되던 기능을 소급해 유료로 바꾸지 않습니다.
서비스 내용은 개선을 위해 변경될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 경우 앱 또는 이 웹사이트를 통해 최소 30일 전에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 (주)오픈한 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

LingoAlarm is a language-learning alarm clock. Instead of a ringtone it plays a sentence in the language you are learning, and shows its meaning and key words after you stop the alarm. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
Every sentence and voice in the app is created and reviewed by OpenHan Inc. There is no user-generated content and no exchange between users. The content is our copyrighted work and may be used for personal study only — not copied, redistributed, or resold.
Sentences you add with "My phrases" are stored on your device only and are never sent to our servers. You are responsible for what you enter.
Alarms depend on your device's operating system. An alarm may not ring if the device is powered off, storage is full, the OS terminates the app, notification or alarm permissions are disabled, or battery-saving features restrict the app. Do not rely on this app alone for anything critical. To the extent permitted by law, OpenHan Inc. is not liable for losses caused by an alarm that does not ring.
All features are currently free, with no in-app purchases and no ads. If paid features are introduced we will announce them in advance and will not retroactively charge for features that were already provided.
Do not reverse-engineer the app, send abnormal requests to our servers, bulk-collect or redistribute the content, or otherwise interfere with the service.
The service may change as we improve it; we will give at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
